Jen & John were married last March at Cairnwood Estate in Bryn Athyn, PA. What you might not be able to see from the pictures below is that it rained buckets on their big day. It was NOT the gentle spring rain that can make wedding pictures look romantic, it was the kind of rain, that would have blown poor Jen across the courtyard :) But as you will see, Jen & John didn't let that ruin their day! They smiled, we rearranged some plans, and then carried on with true reason for the day- celebrating love.
I was thrilled to travel down to Cairnwood this past weekend to capture Jen & John's anniversary session on the grounds at Cairnwood. This time, the sun was shining, the flowers were blooming and we got to capture some images for them that really showcased their amazing venue from the outside. :)

Jen & John, I love that the rain didn't dull your sparkle one bit. But I also love that I got the chance to come down to hang out with you and capture your love on a beautiful sunshine-y day too :)
