After such a momentous week 27 we were happy to have a fairly uneventful week. We had one trip to CHOP for a blood draw but otherwise, it was all fun in Lucyland. It's nice to watch her be a regular kid. Even though she's well tempered and takes all of her treatments in stride, it's beautiful to wake up and have "nothing" to do but enjoy the day.
Day 185: It started with a sunrise family session in upstate New York and continued with an afternoon dip in the kiddie pool. It was a good day.

Day 186: my favorite shades of blue.

Day 186: Just a little light reading.

Day 187: A bee, who snuck in and made himself at home on the window screen.

Day 187: Milkweed is my new favorite. Think it's the same bee? I'd like to think it is.

Day 187: An afternoon walk on the boardwalk.

Day 188: An early morning walk. Grandpa met us at the beach and filled Lucy's buckets over and over and over.

Day 188: Waterplay in the afternoon. We love filling and dumping buckets of water whether it be on the beach, or at home in the yard.

189: A blood draw at CHOP that came back with good news turned a potential transfusion into a morning spent in the CHOP garden. Lucy LOVED it.

Day 190: A gorgeous wedding at Maple Row Tree farm. Congratulations Kim & Jake!

See you next week!
