It was nautical boho perfection. Kelsea & Mike were married on a gorgeously laid back afternoon in June surrounded by friends and family who glowed with happiness for the sweet couple.
Kelsea & Mike shared a first look on the lawn by the historic Lay House in the shadow of an ancient oak. Shortly after, they walked down the hill, hand in hand, to the docks where the ceremony would be. Kelsea's Rue de Sein gown, stunning with lace and fringe, danced with the ocean breeze against the white back drop of the CT River Museum. It was boho perfection.
Steps away from where they got engaged, Kelsea & Mike exchanged vows on the water, which was fitting for a couple who spends most weekends on their boat and especially fitting for Kelsea who grew up sailing with her family and docking for a weekend in Essex, steps away from the dock where they said, "I Do." It was nautical perfection.
Their tented reception glowed yellow on the horizon after the sun went down, music and laughter filling the evening as Kelsea, Mike, and their guests danced under the twinkling string lights illuminating the dance floor. A macramé dream catcher danced merrily in the evening breeze along with the guests.
It was perfectly nautical. It was perfectly boho. It was a perfectly sweet, perfectly laid back wedding day, just like Kelsea & Mike.
