It's a very special day because today you are THREE! You've learned to crawl. You've learned to walk. You've learned to talk (and talk, and talk, and talk). You've learned the colors. You've learned most numbers (I wouldn't mind if you keep saying fiveteen forever). You've learned all of the letters. You've learned to paint and draw and create. You've learned to swing, and jump, and dance. Now it's time to fly. To learn more about who you are in relation to the world and continue to form your own ideas and thoughts and opinions. I'm not expecting this year to be easy (most mamas agree that three can be tough), but I am expecting it to be absolutely breathtakingly beautiful. Baby girl, keep being you. Don't ever, ever, EVER lose an ounce of your Lucyness.
